Midland Logistics Shipping and Security Limited was founded in 2004 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with a singular vision: to provide businesses of every size with access to world-class freight and security services. What began as a small regional freight operation has grown into a globally recognised logistics powerhouse serving clients across 120+ countries.

Our growth has been driven by an unwavering commitment to punctuality, transparency and customer satisfaction. We invested early in technology, becoming one of the first logistics companies in the Asia-Pacific region to offer real-time end-to-end shipment tracking and fully digital documentation.

Today, Midland Logistics employs over 800 professionals worldwide, operates a fleet of dedicated cargo vehicles and maintains strategic partnerships with the world's leading airlines, shipping lines and security agencies.

Company Founded

Midland Logistics established in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with a team of 12 staff and a focus on domestic freight.

2007

International Expansion

Launched air and sea freight services to Asia, Middle East and Europe. First overseas office opened in Singapore.

2011

Security Division Launched

Established dedicated cargo security arm offering armed escort, surveillance and risk assessment services globally.

2015

Digital Tracking Platform

Launched proprietary real-time tracking system, becoming one of the first in the region to offer live cargo visibility.

2018

Asia-Pacific Award
